In response to workforce shortages and critical needs on medical surgical units throughout the health system, Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare System began implementing a new collaborative care model on medical surgical units.

- Describe perceived support via the Casey Fink Graduate Experience Survey of newly licensed RNs working on Med Surg units in a collaborative care model.
- Describe additional lessons learned from integrating newly licensed RNs into a collaborative care model.
