2025 Vizient Pharmacy Network Meeting
This activity aims to equip participants with insights, strategies, and best practices in leadership, communication, technology, pharmacy practice, and pharmacy operations and finance. Participants will be encouraged to assess their own practice sites, apply these concepts, and develop actionable plans for improvement. Additionally, the activity will foster networking opportunities, enabling attendees to build meaningful connections for ongoing collaboration, experience sharing, and mentorship in implementing their action plans.

• Discuss challenges that a Meds2Beds program has on Length of Stay (LOS).

• Learn how to execute a discharge lounge by incorporating a medication discharge program.
