Spend Management Operation Learning Series 2023: Strategic Sourcing - Contracting

Participants will be able to bridge the gap by providing a better understanding of the differences between sourcing, strategic sourcing and contracting. Attendees will have exposure to a proven model supporting the transition from a traditional sourcing and contracting model to an integrated spend management/category driven leading practice. This evolution will positively impact hospital performance and quality patient care by encouraging strategic relationships and clinically driven.

 

Target Audience

This activity is intended for nurses, supply chain staff, and clinical staff involved in clinical integration supply chain processes.

  • Identify negotiation skills, contract development and interpretation of contract language.
