Medication Management: Compliance Challenges and Integration of ISO 9001 for Evaluation and Improvement - On Demand
This activity will identify the most concerning and common medication management compliance challenges and address the issues that DNV sees in often in surveys conducted. The training will highlight the value of the ISO 9001 quality management standard, process approach and internal audits as a self-assessment tool for proactive identification of problem prone areas and effective corrective action planning. An interdisciplinary involvement approach will ensure improvement in safety across different healthcare settings.
