This webinar will describe how one organization utilized quantifiable data to show a high satisfaction by patient and family advisors’ involvement in organizational improvement, comfort in providing input during project meetings, level of project involvement and feelings of being valued. Additionally, quantifiable data was collected that showed organizational leaders’ satisfaction of the patient and family advisors in terms of involvement in projects, and offering valuable, cost-effective and innovative ideas regarding quality improvement. This webinar will reinforce the value of PFACs and patient and family advisors and the potential impact they can have if used in healthcare institutions.
