Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program Coordinator Call - Make it Make Sense: Data and SMART Goals
During this call, Kaile and Tina will discuss the sources of data for evaluation and the benchmarking options available to coordinators and when each option is appropriate. They will discuss the components of a SMART goal, provide examples, and then guide coordinators through creating their own SMART goals for their programs.
