2022 Fundamental Accreditation Series - Conducting Research and Meeting Standards
This activity will provide the participants an opportunity to learn from experts in the field. This webinar will provide examples of the challenges and successful implementation and mitigation strategies for conducting research regulatory / accreditation rules and standards, how to drill down to uncover the barriers to being successful and how to maintain the gains.

Learning Objectives
1. Identify one expectation of regulatory / accreditation requirements related to clinical research.
2. Describe how CMS, The Joint Commission, and DNV have incorporated clinical research content into their regulatory standards.
3. Identify at least one other regulatory agency, aside from CMS, TJC and DNV, that imposes regulatory authority over clinical research.
4. Describe how clinical research can be reviewed during regulatory survey.
