This session will feature a panel of member clinical executives and Vizient subject matter experts discussing the recently released “Sustainer’s Study” which focuses on characteristics of organizations that maintain top performance as measured through the Vizient Quality and Accountability scorecard. Members will learn how two different organizations have approached engaging their people, processes, and data to strive for and achieve superior performance and consistently maintain that performance over time.
