Vizient Southern States Opioid Collaborative Cohort Webinar
This program will provide education from a leading practice healthcare organization that demonstrates the importance of using data analysis to identify and address targeted problem areas associated with opioid/hydrocodone use. It will include the compelling case for change along with the organizational structure and process that supports their philosophy for improvement using an accountable interdisciplinary approach, including community partnerships.
The overall program will promote knowledge exchange among participants as they engage in discussion with the presenters and their colleagues. Participants will be sharing current improvement activities to address the opioid crisis in their communities that include specific strategies proven to be effective,, challenges encountered and lessons learned. There will be facilitated discussion among the participants to allow for further discovery of gap opportunities and potential improvement ideas.
