USP Compounding Compliance: Teamwork Makes the Dreamwork: Efficient and Effective Hazardous Drug Lists and 503a/b Vendor Assessments Across a Large Health System – On Demand

This activity will present lessons learned about the creation of a facility specific hazardous drug list and achieving compliance with USP Chapter 800 Hazardous Drugs – Handling in Healthcare Settings. The activity will also address who to evaluate outsourced compounding services to ensure quality and patient safety.  Common hurdles facilities encounter on the road to compliance will be discussed, as well as different solutions to those obstacles.
