Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program Coordinator Call - I Will Survive! Defense Against Bullying and Introducing the Coordinator Connections Program
Our speakers from Emory will discuss the session that they host during their nurse residency program that is focused on bullying, incivility, and hostility in nursing. They will show coordinators how they teach and practice cognitive rehearsal, share tools that assist them in this education, and show the results of their work.
This activity will show the need for a networking program, highlight the main features of the program and show examples of coordinators who have formed networking circles on their own. Examples will be shared for best practices of discussions, scheduling, and other features of the program.
