Previously, Pamela served as Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Wellness, and Engagement at Huntington Health, an affiliate of Cedars-Sinai, and held leadership roles at RWJBarnabas Health and Legacy Health, where she advanced workforce inclusion, health equity, employee engagement, and community impact.

Outside of work, Pamela is a certified yoga instructor who enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and spending time with her beloved fur family—her Chihuahua, Luv, and her Sphynx cats, Joy and Cupid.
