Cody Walker currently serves as the President of Baptist Health Medical Center - North Little Rock.

Cody most recently served as the Vice President of Hospital Operations at Baptist Health Medical Center - Little Rock where he had operational oversight and strategic execution responsibilities. Prior roles that add to his operational experience include, Market Administrator at Baptist Health in Birmingham, Alabama, CEO at Citizens Baptist Medical Center in Talladega, Alabama, Administrative Director of Orthopedics and Neurosciences as well as the Cardiovascular Service Line Director..

Cody graduated with a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. He also received a Bachelor’s Degree from Ouachita Baptist University. Cody is a Registered Nurse and spent several years caring for critical care patients.

Cody and his wife Hayden are native Arkansans and currently live in North Little Rock where they are raising their three kids – Rhett (8), Harrison (5) & Connley (1).
