This activity is designed to enhance the healthcare team’s ability to interpret and apply evolving regulatory and accreditation standards by strengthening both knowledge and strategy. Participants will not only gain awareness of 2025 updates but also practice identifying risk-prone areas and applying mitigation strategies.

Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Analyze new standard and regulatory requirements for 2025 and assess their impact on organizational compliance.
- Apply mitigation strategies to address regulatory and accreditation challenges.
- Compare and contrast Accreditation 360 requirements with CMS Conditions of Participation (CoPs).
- Evaluate high-risk compliance areas within each functional chapter and formulate strategies to address them.
- Integrate changes and updates from CMS and accrediting organizations into organizational compliance plans.
