MSS Meeting 2025: Pharmacy Regulatory Compliance 2025: Key Updates
In this educational activity, participants will review current pharmacy regulations issued by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and examine updates to controlled substances laws from the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). The session will also explore recent coding changes from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) that impact products approved through the 505(b)(2) pathway. Additionally, learners will gain insights into manufacturer and wholesale distributor readiness for compliance with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA), equipping them to anticipate operational impacts and align with federal requirements.
