A CCNE accredited NRP partners with Nursing Professional Governance to actively engage GNs in month 6 of residency. Early engagement empowers GNs to drive improvements in patient care and nursing practice. The addition of governance has shown positive impact on GNs and strengthened commitment to the nursing profession.
