They have the responsibility for driving quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. By establishing a strategy and framework, quality leaders can help organizations ensure there is a structured approach to data storytelling that also empowers teams to make evidence-based decisions, engage stakeholders, and drive a culture of continuous improvement. Ultimately, this approach can help to improve patient care.
