Pharmacy Professional Development and Workforce Webinar Series 2020-21 – Residency Year Expectations and Building Resilience: Resident, Student and Preceptor Perspectives

This webinar series will be taught by experienced practitioners and will give residents knowledge and practical insights in three main areas of behavioral interviewing, CV preparation and the first 30-90 days in a new position. Experienced practitioners will give preceptors knowledge and practical insights in assisting with their development, developing resilience and building on skills for precepting remotely. Many “real world” examples will be used as illustrations in addition to engaging the audience with a question/answer session at the end of each webinar.
