National Outpatient Antibiotic Stewardship Research Project Results

This webinar will review The Joint Commission Ambulatory Stewardship requirements and the CDC Core Elements of Outpatient stewardship. The main section of the webinar will be to report the results of a Vizient survey from a national cohort with a goal to describe the current state of ambulatory antimicrobial stewardship practice and provide a benchmark of potential strategies that has led to reported effectiveness in ambulatory and outpatient ASPs. Furthermore, the webinar will include examples from two best practice sites on their experience with ambulatory and outpatient ASPs to allow idea generation and show real world application.
