January 2025 Vizient/AACN NRP Coordinator Call

The Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program (NRP) monthly Coordinator Calls are designed to provide NRP Coordinators support, just-in-time education, and a network of other coordinators to connect with. The monthly topics focus on areas of interest for coordinators, such as data presentation, engagement modalities for nurse residents, and innovative seminar ideas. The call also provides a network of coordinators who all face the same challenges and are open to willing to share how they are navigating them. Following the call, these presentations are uploaded to the program's website, so if a coordinator cannot attend or would like to revisit, the resource is available to them.

In the January 2025 Coordinator Call, coordinators will receive education pertaining to the annual NRP Nursing Leadership Survey reports. Guidance for interpreting the reports will be provided. Additionally, the NRP coordinators from one of the member organizations will describe how they have utilized the survey results to engage stakeholders and optimize the NRP at their organization.
