The presentation will focus on presenting evidence-based information regarding the clinical presentation, diagnosis, assessment, pharmacological management and monitoring of patients with delirium. Exposure to patients with delirium may differ between pharmacists, but it is imperative that all clinicians understand how to appropriately manage this disease state.
