Alternatives to Opioids

The Ochsner medical center currently have incorporated different tools to help in the crisis but these tools are underutilized. It is therefore important to hold this CE in other to re-educate practioners on the role of assessing each patient’s need for opioid prescription. This lecture will also educate practitioners on alternatives to opioid prescribing. This will improve practitioner’s confidence in utilizing the multimodal pain management options for patients.
