Advocacy in Action: Mandated Medication History Documentation in California Hospitals

The webinar will present a case study of SB 1254 and its impact on expanding pharmacy Transitions of Care programs in the state of California. The presentation will highlight the impact of this bill by discussing how two medical centers were impacted. Lastly, the webinar will conclude with the introduction of a legislative advocacy toolkit and provide a brief summary of the advocacy strategies outlined in the toolkit.
