March 28, 2024

In this presentation we will be discussing the annual Nurse Residency Program outcomes and provide an overview of the Annual Site Reports. We will review the benchmarking report first, highlighting trends and best practices that are related to retention and satisfaction of new graduate nurses. Following the benchmarking report review, we will lead the coordinators through their site reports, highlighting the data in each section, why it is important, and what it conveys about the organization. Lastly, we will be reviewing evaluation tools on the website that coordinators can use to report on their programs to leaders in the organization.
