Strategies to Evaluate and Enhance your NRP Curriculum

Nurse Residency Program (NRP) coordinators play a critical role in ensuring that new graduate nurses receive high-quality, engaging, and effective education. This session will provide coordinators with strategies to evaluate and enhance their curriculum using data-driven insights while making learning experiences more interactive and engaging. Participants will explore best practices for curriculum evaluation, leveraging seminar feedback effectively, and implementing engagement techniques rooted in learning science and transition theory. Attendees will leave with actionable tools to refine their program content, improve knowledge retention, and foster professional growth among residents.
