Seize the data! The PIVOTal Role of Dashboards

This activity focuses on the development of internal dashboards for program evaluation. Stephanie DeMaio, representing Yale New Haven Health System, will share their experience in developing dashboards that complement existing data collection tools. She will discuss how they identified the essential data points required to measure program performance and effectiveness. Stephanie will also provide valuable insights into the process of creating dashboards using Excel, a widely accessible and versatile tool for data visualization. Stephanie will shed light on their data collection methods and the dissemination of data to key program stakeholders. Meg Ingram, Lead Programmatic Advisor at Vizient, will complement Stephanie's presentation by discussing additional resources and tools for collating and disseminating program data to stakeholders.
