From Reflection to Action: Insights, Strategies and Resources for the Year Ahead

This session will serve as a year-end wrap-up for Nurse Residency Program (NRP) coordinators, reflecting on the successes and challenges of the past year. Participants will focus on identifying actionable steps to strengthen their programs in alignment with the eight key elements of NRP success. The session will include opportunities for reflection, discussion, and planning, utilizing resources and peer collaboration.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Reflect on 2024 successes and challenges within the Nurse Residency Program, focusing on eight key NRP success elements.
  • Analyze program strengths and opportunities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize resources and tools to enhance strategic planning and program evaluation
  • Develop actionable goals and strategies for 2025 to support NRP sustainability, growth, and alignment with best practices.
