This session will serve as a year-end wrap-up for Nurse Residency Program (NRP) coordinators, reflecting on the successes and challenges of the past year. Participants will focus on identifying actionable steps to strengthen their programs in alignment with the eight key elements of NRP success. The session will include opportunities for reflection, discussion, and planning, utilizing resources and peer collaboration.
