CCNE Accreditation
This activity will provide an overview of the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education's Nurse Residency Program accreditation process. Participants will be educated about the standards for accreditation and actionable steps for successfully completing an accreditation cycle for their Nurse Residency Program (NRP). We will review how to optimize NRPs based on the standards. The second half of the coordinator call will be a presentation from a CCNE-accredited NRP Coordinator who will be sharing tips, tools for staying organized, and their experiences with the CCNE accreditation and re-accreditation process.
