Have been with Vizient, Inc. since 2007 and currently the Director accreditation education programs for Vizient, Inc. In this role, she assists members in developing their continuous patient readiness process for regulatory and accrediting organizations by improving their accreditation knowledge, solutions and strategies.  She provides education and resources for accreditation and regulatory continuous compliance.

Prior to this role Webb was the Quality Director and  led Accreditation, Clinical Compliance with responsible for leading the full range of Joint Commission and other accreditation and regulatory compliance activities for a system community hospital.  As Director of Quality Resource she also had responsibilities for quality initiatives, infection control and prevention, performance improvement and patient safety.

Natalie has been an RN for over 40 years and holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from St. Joseph College of Maine
